Luna Creciente is a white wine from Rías Baixas produced by Viñedos Singulares with the Albariño grape variety.
To make this white wine, the Albariño variety grapes are selected in small plots in the municipality of Arbo, in inland Galicia, next to the River Miño, in the sub-area of the county of Tea.
Prior to destemming, a gentle pressing of the grapes is carried out, where the flower must decants naturally. During fermentation, the temperature is controlled in order to fully respect the aromatic potential of the variety.
It is a clean and bright white wine in sight. On the nose it is very aromatic and fresh, with hints of fresh white-fleshed fruit, pear, citronella and some floral nuances. In the mouth it is broad, unctuous and with a very good persistence. It stands out for its elegance and freshness.
