Road. In Jura, there is only one road to drive. Emerging from the wilderness, the long overgrown path traces the coastline to the south and leads to the distillery. It's a rare man-made mark on our landscape and it's all we need. Here, we keep things simple, leaving the complexity to our whiskey instead.
Aged in American white oak ex-bourbon casks and enhanced by the warm finish of hand-selected Pedro Ximénez '20-year-old' sherry casks.
