Gramona La Cuvee is an organic Corpinnat made with the Macabeo, Xarel.lo and Parellada grape varieties by the Gramona winery.
They take responsibility for every step of making their wines, from the field to the bottle. They are harvested manually, they use a selection table, grape entry by gravity and pressing of whole bunches.
This sparkling wine is aged for more than 30 months.
Moderate dosage of 6 grams / liter.
In view, this organic sparkling wine has a pale yellow color, steely edges (white gold). Medium intensity nose. Elegant floral notes surrounded by stone fruit - peach, apricot - golden apple, lemon peel. It closes with a shy note of raw almond. On the palate it has a friendly entry, medium enveloping body, carbonic with a crisp and invigorating texture. In the retronasal route the citrus memories return, the apple, the almond. Very refreshing long finish.
It is a sparkling for aperitif that can be extended to the rest of the meals. Gastronomic and versatile.
