With this 3rd edition, La Maison du Rhum highlights all the know-how of Saint Lucia in terms of rum. Distilled in Coffee Still, in 2012 by St Lucia Distillers, Maison du Rhum Sainte-Lucie Batch #3 rum is aged in 1st fill American white oak barrels. Its nose reveals notes of ripe bananas. Allowed to breathe, more herbaceous scents are revealed with an almost minty side accompanied by a hint of eucalyptus. In the mouth the bananas become flambéed. Melted oak and eucalyptus flavors stretch out for a fresh finish.
