Gramona Mart is an organic rosé wine and a biodynamic wine made with the Xarel.lo vermell grape variety by the Gramona winery, located in the D.O. Penedès.
Mart is an organic rosé wine and a biodynamic wine made with an autochthonous variety from the Penedès that has come close to extinction, but which has resurfaced with the strength of the red planet: the red xarel·lo.
After manual harvesting, the grapes are cold macerated for 48 hours to achieve an aromatic extraction and a light pink color. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks that help preserve the primary aromas of the variety.
The result is a refreshing, lively and delicate wine with marked aromas of Mediterranean fruits and herbs touched by our terroir.
