Alto Siós is a red wine from Costers del Segre produced by Bodegas Costers del Sió with the Grenache and Syrah grape varieties and is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
This Crianza red wine has been fermented in 12th-century stone presses located on the estate, next to one of its vineyards, and was born with the idea of recovering the production method of the time, to obtain a wine with a soul that reflects their identity and history.
It is a clean, bright and layered red wine, ruby red in color. Aromas of great intensity, lively and fresh, with great aromatic complexity where we find notes of ripe fruit, blackberries, dried plums; floral aromas of violet and roses; Spicy aromas of pepper, liquorice and balsamic notes such as rosemary that give it a touch of freshness. All accompanied by a mineral background that gives it personality. On the palate it is a wine with structure, round, friendly, fresh, balanced and silky. Lake aftertaste.
