Protos 27 is a tribute to the 11 visionaries who founded Protos. A red wine from Ribera del Duero in which 10 years of work and research are reflected in the improvement of cultivation techniques, characterization of vineyards and barrels and the use of native yeasts.
Made with the Tempranillo grape variety, it is aged for 16 months in French oak barrels and 12 months in the bottle.
It is a red wine with an intense cherry red color, with violet rims, resulting in a very lively and bright wine. On the nose it is elegant, with ripe red and black fruit and a fresh and original touch, which together with sweet spices and fine toasted notes, make it a very expressive wine with a great personality. On the palate it is very balanced and easy to drink, with round tannins and a long and very pleasant finish.
