Mas Mallola is a red wine made with Grenache and Mazuelo grape varieties by the Marco Abella winery, located in the D.O.Q. Priorat.
Mas Mallola is his “Vi de Vila” (wine from the town of Porrera) although we could also call it a paid wine since it is made only with grapes from the estate called “La Mallola”. It is a wine with a character very marked by the slate, with notes of black and deep fruits.
Intense aromas of ripe fruits. Raspberries, blueberries and plums, cardamom, cinnamon and chocolate. Intense, silky and fresh on the palate.
This red wine combines with dry rice with squab, tuna marmitako, chicken curry, grilled beef with mushrooms.
Aging: 15 months of barrel aging.
