Honoro Vera Garnacha is a young red wine from Calatayud produced by Bodegas Ateca with the Grenache grape variety.
The grapes preferably come from old Grenache vineyards with low yields, located on hills at 700-1000 meters of altitude. Mainly planted in soils of metamorphic rocks and clayey gravel. After carrying out the malo-lactic fermentation, it has had a passage through French wood.
It is a red wine with a ripe cherry color with a garnet rim. Intense nose with a predominance of ripe fruit (raspberry, currant), and a global background with mineral and spicy aromas. A fruity wine, very fresh and easy to drink, tasty, which gives rise to an exotic spicy finish reminiscent of white pepper.
