Fish fumet fideua pasta.
It is the perfect pasta for 2-3 servings and it is so easy to cook that you only have to put it in a paella, with garlic and chilli, brown the noodles, add clam, shrimp and chopped squid. Stir it and add the fish broth (not included) that covers everything and let it cook until the broth evaporates.
Cook time: 3-4 minutes
Ingredients: Wheat semolina, egg, fish broth (contains traces of celery), garlic and paprika.
