Gramona Imperial is an organic and biodynamic Corpinnat made with the Chardonnay, Xarel·lo and Macabeo grape varieties by the Gramona winery.
They take responsibility for every step of making their wines, from the field to the bottle. They harvest the grapes manually and deposit the clusters in boxes of 25 kg, use a selection table, enter the grapes by gravity and press the entire cluster.
They use the heads and hearts (52.5%) of the fractionated with specialized presses in the pressing of whole grapes, with farms from 12 vine growers from Aliances per la Terra.
The touch of expedition liqueur that comes from its centuries-old tradition provides the unmistakable signature of the house, a symbol of elegance that has made this sparkling wine a classic. Moderate dosage of 8 grams per liter.
This organic sparkling wine has an aging period of more than 60 months.
