Carnelo Rodero Crianza is a red wine made by Bodegas Rodero winery, which belongs to the D.O. Ribera del Duero. It is a red wine from their own vineyards with more than 15 years and aging in French oak for a minimum of 15 months and racking every 3 months.
How could it be less, here is an excellent wine, impressive in its youth, elegant in its maturity.
Ruby color with a high robe, it maintains excellent cherry notes surrounded by pinkish nuances, in a perfectly clean and bright medium.
Its still varietal aromas are the first to appear, well accompanied by a smooth roast well combined with a final touch of liquorice, finer if possible.
Structured and meaty with an excellent bouquet that remains aftertaste after filling our mouth with intense flavor; a perfectly balanced wine, long and generous in taste sensations.
Wines from an innovative winery and with a young team seeking to surprise and differentiate themselves from the classic Rioja wine.
They call it an acoustic wine, without electricity, which vindicates and seeks the roots, uniqueness and value of traditional viticulture.
Viñedos Singulares is a project with which they intend to get the best of all the native varieties of the country through the production of regional wines, searching for quality vineyards in various areas of the Spanish geography.
Their wines offer the opportunity to discover aromas and flavors that we are not used to perceiving. Elegance alludes to the balance and harmony of all these scents, flavors and textures. Complexity refers to the immense amount of sensations in this wine.
