Gin MG is a classic cut gin, made according to the London Dry Gin method, in which juniper predominates. Precisely because it is the main ingredient of the distillate they make, they control the cultivation on their farm in Teruel, collect it and select it personally. No middlemen.
Transparent, translucent gin, with a steely edge and flickering sparkles on its clean and bright background. An elegant and fine distillate on the nose, with abundant notes of juniper and wet grass, somewhat sharp but very balsamic and with fine hints of resin. In the mouth it is a tasty and delicate gin, very aromatic and with many hints of juniper berries. It denotes an exemplary distillation period due to the good integration of its alcohol and the smoothness, roundness and elegance of its long finish.
