The fino Eléctrico is a classic wine that has been part of Andalusian life since 1922. The founding Toro Albalá winery is based on the first power plant in the area, which gave rise to jokes from the locals who said that the wine had electricity or was electric, hence the famous fine name “Eléctrico” and the original design of the bottle in the shape of a light bulb.
Electrico is a fine wine made from 100% Pedro Ximénez grapes, biologically aged under flor veil, produced using the criaderas and solera system for a period of 5 years. The alcoholic strength is obtained naturally. A very pleasant wine that invites you to continue drinking.
Fresh, mineral and pungent on the nose with almonds and bakery notes. Dry and crisp, yet rich and with a full finish.
It is an excellent sweet wine to enjoy alone or with desserts, blue cheeses, dehydrated fruits and pastries.
This Solera is created as a tribute to the Reus artist Antoni Gaudí in his last days as a veneration for his legacy.
