Brandy made with fine Palomino grapes from the González Byass vineyards and distilled in stills from the winery itself. Holandas from Lepanto are aged in American oak casks previously soaked for more than 12 years with Tio Pepe (Sherry Cask), which follow the traditional criaderas and solera system.
It is a bright topaz-colored brandy with golden reflections and delicate aromas with notes of caramel, vanilla and hints of wine. On the palate it has a dry and pleasant taste, reminding us of caramel, raisins, or dried almonds.
