Brandy obtained from holandas and low-grade wine brandy (65º), which is aged in American oak barrels previously soaked with Pedro Ximénez sherry following the traditional dynamic aging system of Criaderas and Soleras.
A soft, unctuous and velvety brandy with a very intense and complex finish in the mouth in which spicy, dried fruit and chocolate notes can be highlighted.
